Summary: Property was SPOTLESS ! Manager was quick to respond with questions / concerns . Make note this is a 2 bedroom unit in basement of dwelling . Plenty of room inside for 2 couples . Parking is VERY tight but doable . Everything we needed was provided including body was , shampoo and conditioner and clean towels . 2 suggestions - NOT complaints - maybe a small shelf or stool / bench near sink to sit clean clothes on while showering and Maybe instructions on check out addressing bedding . We didn’t know what to do with bedsheets lol ! Very nice place to stay . Wi-fi - free and fast ! Thank you for a nice , quick stay !

Summary: We had a pleasant stay in unit 1. The unit had a full kitchen, was clean, and offered all the amenities that we needed except for air-conditioning. Since it was a basement unit and we stayed in early May, AC was not needed. I'm not sure why people gave such low rating? Most likely it's because they did not read the description and had too high of an expectation. Unit 1 is a basement unit. It does require you to walk down some steps, but once you are inside, it's a very cozy apartment. Sleeping at night with the windows open does allow for some unique island, natural animal sounds. To me, that's a unique charm that you can't easily experience in our modern city life. The owner does provide earplugs if you prefer a quieter ambience. Another plus is the location. It's close to the bay and several beaches and local attractions.
