Summary: Loser building that could use some tlc on the outside entrance but overall very quaint and comfortable and close to a fun area with restaurants & music. Owner is awesome, helpful and friendly.

Summary: The Inn on Third was an oasis in the middle of a busy city; away from the hustle and bustle but close to all the major activities, restaurants, and pubs. The rooms were clean, the continental breakfast had fruits, cereal,pastries and more. The complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon was a nice touch. Complimentary parking on the Inn's grounds was available. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Summary: Super friendly! Let us borrow chairs for a festival. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It’s an older building and the air conditioner struggled a bit to keep up. The continental breakfast and Happy hour drink was the perfect touch. Definitely recommend!

Summary: Really enjoyed an alternative to a hotel chain stay. Walking up a flight of stairs was not an issue. There wasn't quite enough table seating for everyone at breakfast but others sat on sofas with a coffee table. The hosts managed our unexpected late arrival due to weather and emailed my receipt due to my very early departure. Comfortable room and bath and very reasonable price!
