Summary: This hotel is nicely nestled in the nature and 5 min drive to downtown. Very beautiful views of the mountains. The staff are very helpful. The night guy with mustache was helpful and Maru was super helpful..definitely recommend anyone coming to Banff. They also have nice cozy hot tub with beautiful view.. you can take e bikes for free..

Summary: The concierge was phenomenal. Helped us with complimentary maps, shuttle service, bear spray, and e-bikes. We loved coming back and lounging in our robes, enjoying wine and the hot tub, after a long day of hiking. Hotel Juniper offers the BEST views of the mountains.

Summary: I am sorry but this place is not worth $500 a night. I understand it does have a great restaurant but I did not even eat there. The hotel room is old and dated and plain jane. There was never anyone at the desk. It is like staying in an older worn out motel - not hotel. Disappointed.

Summary: Beautiful setting conveniently close to Banff, yet far enough away to be peaceful, and the shuttle into the town was very handy. I particularly loved that there were bathrobes, not just towels, and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

Summary: Juniper is away from downtown which makes it more difficult without a car as there are no uber services and you’re relying on their shuttle and Banff’s taxi service. Location is amazing for hiking and quiet reflection. Restaurant is excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. I recommend but make sure you rent a car or be ready to walk or take a taxi.
