Positive: The view and the property. The hotel employees working the door and the valet guys were very friendly and nice. Always asked how I was enjoying my stay and telling me to have a nice day. They were just very kind
Negative: I had called the number shown as a restaurant that was supposed to be in the restaurant and I was told that the restaurant closed three years ago and then I was transferred back to the dining part of the hotel and she advised that I would have to go down to the restaurants to order and pick up the food and could not have it delivered. The only food that could be delivered was what was on the dining menu in the room I was totally exhausted and did not feel like going to go pick up food so I ordered a pizza from room service, and it was the nastiest food I have ever eaten. This was not what I would expect from a Five Star hotel. Also, when I checked out the lady that checked me out seemed very rude and as if I was bothering her to check out at the time I did, I wasn’t thanked for staying at your property and all she did was ask are you checking out and then gave me my printout I was totally floored, especially for the amount of money I paid per day for the room. Service, there was not what I expected from a Five Star hotel.
