Positive: Exceptional staff! Everyone very kind and helpful. Beautiful property. Dined in the 1888 Steakhouse and the Italian restaurant on-site and both are exceptional. Spa services were good. We had a Fairmont Gold room that we felt was sizeable and extremely comfortable. Bath amenities were great. This was a splurge for us and it was well worth it!

Positive: Everywhere you look, the views of the mountains are incredible! The hotel is beautiful and full of amenties. Location is close to town. But the real stars of the show is the staff. They are super courteous, super helpful and super friendly. If you can get a gold room do so, I believe it's worth the extra. Checkout a couple YouTube videos on Fairmont Banff Springs for added context, they are fairly accurate to what I experienced.

Negative: Despite the unreal views, the great amenities and the awesome staff, there's no getting around the fact that it's pricey!
