Summary: The suites are great with a full kitchen including dishwasher and dishes. There was free firewood provided for the wood burning fireplace. We would definitely return. The location is excellent.

Summary: This is our favourite place to stay in Banff. Rooms are nice, beds are comfy, love the fireplace (the most) and the staff is great. No complaints at all!

Summary: Spacious room, great view, friendly staff. Very quiet. The sauna room was a bit scary, I wouldn’t use it again. Overall, I had a great stay.

Summary: Family-friendly resort in a beautiful location just up the hill from downtown (easy bus access). The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The exterior of the property is a bit dated, however the rooms seemed updated and were very clean. The kitchenette was great to have. The fitness center needs an update, but you are probably in town for skiing or hiking anyway.
