Summary: The room was clean and has a fully functional kitchen. Complete kitchen utensils, pot, pans and full size fridge. No need to bring anything just food to cook. Has a good size pool but the water was too cold. Staffs are accommodating and friendly. There’s one staff even help us to change our flat tire. We would like to commend him but we forgot to get his name. Excellent service!

Summary: Room was in very good shape, but no hot tub (even though I called and they said it was working) and fire wood was wet so fireplace was useless. Bed and rooms were clean

Summary: The staff were courteous and helpful. The view was stunning to wake up to. The trails along the property were nice to walk our dog. The only downside is how cold the pool is, especially with cold weather and having to walk outdoors to get to the pool. Otherwise the suite bathrooms and kitchenette were clean and stocked. We had a wonderful stay as it was nice and quiet.

Summary: Balcony’s are not cleaned and snow piled up. So couldn’t sit and enjoy the outdoor view. Additionally no chairs in balcony. Parking is ample including the basement parking. Property is old but they are keeping up the maintenance. Decent hotel for a family stay that prefers a loft with queen beds and a kitchen. Very convenient 3 min drive form Banff downtown.

Summary: Our room was spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was great to have and our stay was very pleasant. The only thing that is unfortunate is that parking is very tight and sometimes hard to maneuver into a spot with a larger vehicle. Our second time staying and we will be back. It would be nice if they had a discount for Alberta residents.

Summary: Checkin was smooth and quick. Amenities were poor. Steam room was out of order. Sauna needs to be turned on and takes alot of time to get hot. After a half hour, I abandoned taking a sauna. Hot tub is covered over and hasn’t been operational for along time. Superior room kitchen is right at the entrance and the area gets wet from winter boots. Need a large mat and a way of cleaning up the water. No place to hang wet towels in the bathroom.
