Summary: This place was decent but not worth the price. No alarm clock, no hooks in the bathroom at all. We found that so odd.

Summary: Tunnel Mountain Resort was in a perfect location just outside of town. They offered free shuttle tickets to get into town.

Summary: Perfect location Friendly, helpful staff Great units. It accommodated well up to 8 people without feeling cramped . I just love the bathroom products, very ecological & beautiful scent.

Summary: This is a nice tidy motel (not a resort) located 2 km from the centre of Banff on Tunnel Mountain Road. The rooms are comfy though slightly dated and the kitchenette is well-stocked should you want to eat in. Small children's playground and BBQ area. Indoor pool is quite nice and next to reception. Laundry is in the basement of one of the buildings, only available from 8 a.m each day, and not super-convenient. All in all, a good choice in Banff given the prices at most hotels, but definitely not a resort and somewhat away from all the action.

Summary: The staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Location was perfect, outside of the downtown noise, but close enough to easily walk, or take the transit. Bus stop was right out front and a free pass for local transit routes was given to us upon check in. Our only complaint would be that the parking lot was a bit narrow. We have a truck and getting out in the morning was a bit tricky when the parking lot was full

Summary: Great place to stay with a large family. Reasonable price and well laid out and functional cabins. They were clean and well maintained with friendly staff. Parking was difficult with a larger vehicle, but doable. Wi-fi was slow at certain times. There were only 2 sets of washers and dryers (one of which was out of order). Overall a great stay with a few minor issues.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort. The location is peaceful, though a bit farther from Banff centre. The suites are older, but very well maintained and comfortable. I was disappointed they didn’t include a bottle of wine for Silver members through Hotels.com, but overall it was a quiet, excellent value—and I’d stay again.

Summary: The location is amazing. All surrounded by mountains. Very much blended with the nature. Nice kitchen. Big rooms. The air conditioner was blasting off like other hotels. Very eco friendly.
