Summary: Great location near Charlottesville and the airport. Very clean and new. Had one small issue which the owner very quickly remedied. I'd definitely recommend!

Summary: Sparsely furnished bedrooms and my bathroom had not been cleaned. Toothpaste all over mirror. Carpets not vacuumed. Bedroom only had a bed in two of the rooms. Furniture in some rooms appeared to be second hand. Be aware that this 3 levels and lots of stairs. It is a row house in an internationally populated neighborhood with construction going on. I would not rent again.
