Positive: Location was perfect for what we required. The breakfast was very good. A wide range and good quality. Entertainment in the bar/restaurant in the evening was fantastic too.

Positive: Breakfast buffet was very good and the hot food was well cooked. We ate in the bar area which was comfortable and the food was good with very reasonable prices. Our well behaved dog was made welcome - thank you. Our room was light and pleasant with bath and shower over. Everything was very clean - thank you to the cleaners. The bed was large and very comfortable.
Negative: The outside of the bedroom windows could benefit from cleaning but realise this is a very large property with not very large windows so excusable! The room was wonderfully quiet throughout the night and the view was lovely. We appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea etc in the residents lounge.
Summary: We have discovered a hidden gem not too far from home. Will definitely be back.
