Summary: Our family loved staying at the Reef. Grocery shopping and off-property dining were easily accessible. Kitchenette made dining in the room super easy. We were able to boil eggs, microwave popcorn, keep leftovers in the fridge, etc. The bathroom was very spacious. Housekeeping was super responsive. Free laundry on the second level. And the view just can’t be beat. The only thing that seemed off was that the closet was really, really warm. It did help with drying our wet clothes though. Overall we would definitely stay here again. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave.

Summary: Stayed in a 2 bedroom terrace suite. We had a full kitchen which was good, we had our taxi driver stop at super value where we bought food to stock the refrig. The pool and beach area were my favorite. Very quiet and not crowded. We were still able to walk to the water park and we rode the shuttle to the marina village and other parts of Atlantis. Great trip!!!

Summary: Great vacation, the facility, room services and the beach were awesome. I have many comments on the transportation inside the facility and the transportation they offered to and from airport. Most of the drivers were rude and driving recklessly and have no respect to time.

Summary: People in the whole island were not very friendly. No answering questions or simply accusing you of misconduct. In the shop at dolphin cay a staff member yielded to me saying that I could not take pictures of the photos, I was not I had my phone out because I was waiting for a call. You over charged for everything and the most sic at the PEARCH was horrible.
