Negative: Breakfast was a shambles. 2 young staff members coped exceptionally well with being in a totally understaffed situation.

Negative: I'm a walker and passing through. The room was cold and though I found an electrical heater in the wardrobe, the radiators and the towel rail were cold which meant during any of my gear after the earlier rainstorm was impossible. Bed was too soggy for me.
