Summary: My adult daughter, son and I stayed a couple nights and really enjoyed the place. James checked on us and was responsive when we had questions. Super fun atmosphere with lots of cool art, comfy bed, and Alexa, Netflix, and a little backyard with sitting area.

Summary: Really great communication from the property manager. The house was super chill with an amazing bed in the master bedroom. The house is also central to a lot, and a super quick drive to the river for tubing trips. I would rent here next time I’m in San Marcos.
