Summary: We needed a place to accommodate 3 couples for a family wedding in Newport. We all enjoy the outdoors - the Norman Bird Sanctuary, with amazing hiking trails, is right next door! The property is comfortable and homey. The home is only about 6 miles from the historic St. Mary's Catholic Church, and even closer to beaches and the Cliff Trail. This was my first Vrbo stay, and the hosts answered all of my questions. Truly enjoyed our visit.

Summary: This house is spacious and comfortable. It is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen as we like to eat meals in. Another highlight is the deck overlooking the backyard. It is a great place to have a drink and enjoy a sunset each evening. we are always impressed at how quiet Middletown is. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This is such a cozy, comfortable, well-appointed home that feels immediately relaxing, with the deck overlooking the large back yard, the nice furniture and art, the well-equipped kitchen, and more. We had a wonderful stay and will return when we visit our family in the future!

Summary: The property is absolutely wonderful -not only well furnished but beautifully set up with kitchen, laundry and towels etc. it is very clean. It’s close to Second and Third beaches and stores. Very quiet neighborhood. The weather was awful the entire time but we still enjoyed our vacation 😊
