Timata Ora is a stunning luxurious 1920 heritage home in Central New Plymouth. Situated in a prime central location a five minute stroll to the CBD for arts, culture, shopping and enjoying the award winning scenic coastal walkway. A quick stroll away from Pukekura Park & the Bowl of Brooklands.
Perched high overlooking the city centre this two-stored landmark villa will capture your heart. Beautifully designed for guest comfort in mind, featuring seven beautifully decorated bedrooms spread across three wings of the home all with comfortable quality beds and luxurious bed linen. Five bedrooms with there own ensuite bathrooms and two bedrooms with a jack and Jill bathroom.
The impressive living area flows out to north facing alfresco dining and features warm timber touches of yesteryear combined with modern relaxed furnishings. The gorgeous glass atrium which is bathed in sun and natural light offers a place to retreat in total tranquility. The owner of this treasured holiday home has filled it with love and little touches and eclectic art adorns the walls, making it a very special place to stay.
Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs along with relaxed and formal dining. Spend the days out exploring and come together as a family in the evening for a meal. Additional features include unlimited wifi, various tv's throughout the home, disability bathroom and full laundry facilities. Off street parking for two cars.
On booking please advise of the layout and bed configuration you will require for your stay. Bedrooms not required for your stay will be closed off. This property is for accommodation purposes only strictly no gatherings or parties. Please note this property has exterior cameras. Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

The decor in the place is quirky but in a great way that you see something new everytime you enter a room. We loved it.

Each bedroom having a bathroom is such a luxury and the house has been decorated so beautifully, it's just gorgeous. Very clean and comfortable beds, kitchen is incredibly well equipped with everything considered. Would love to stay again, great location, cannot recommend highly enough.

Summary: It was a wonderful place where we could experience a mansion in the early 20 century without discounting the modern convenience, and where the beach promenade, Pukekura park, even the grocery and takeaways are near. The staffs are also amazing with fast and thoughtful services.
