Smart simple studio...fully fenced for privacy and small dogs. -private separate studio unit to LEFT of main house. FREE WIFI AND NETFLIX.
-Waters edge 5 minute walk from property on Sackville street. Surfboard available in your wee shed. Store your e-bikes.Walk down Sackville towards the sea, walk left down the steps to walkway and beach.
-Close to the great things in life.. sea surf and golf and shopping( 7 minute from gate to tee, 2 minutes to the shopping ).
-Fabulous boutique shopping, coffee shops, sports bar plus good old fish n chips.
-air fryer mini oven available if you’re cooking.
My home is at the front of the property. Please enter the studio unit through the black front gate on the street then left down the driveway to STUDIO 22. Your key is inside.

Summary: We stayed 4 nights. Immaculate, tasteful decor, fully equipped, private. 1 minutes walk to incredible view of beach, New Plymouth across to the mountain. Quiet street. 5 minute stroll to the beautiful patrolled surf beach and walk/cycle path to the city or to Bell Block. Owner is really lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend

Summary: Positives Great location,super comfortable bed.Negatives Extremely dusty(artificial plants, blinds, furniture,fan.Very hot with inadequate cooling.Bathroom tired and basin inadequate. Needs updating. Toilet wouldn't stop running on last day. .

Summary: Great, quiet studio near New Plymouth coastal walkway and beach. Close to cafes and grocery. Great walking along coastal path! Kitchen was well-equipped, small oven (we made pizza!), and electirc skillet.

Summary: Pleasant arty surrounds. Hard to find places for cases so tight for space.,small bench for food prep.I knocked my head badly on a sharp edged shelf above desk. This needs to be rounded off. It's dangerous . Bed linen & towels good but lots of cobwebs behind furniture
