Set at the end of a 200 ft driveway on a 3/4 acre lot, built in 2006, this lovely Venice home is located less than a two-minute drive from Manasota Beach. Close to several superb golf courses, and has a huge 33 ft. long swimming pool, which can be electrically heated for an extra fee, complete with dolphin mosaics, inground jacuzzi. This three bedroom house comfortably sleeps six and is ideally designed for either a single family or for two to share. Separate formal living room overlooks the lanai/pool, dining table for 8 overlooks the front garden. Kitchen, family room share a large open space, comfortable seating with 60 inch TV.
The villa has three bedrooms, two main suites (one with a king-size bed and the other with a Queen size, both with en-suite bathrooms), and one twin room with twin (single) beds which has its own bathroom. The outside pool deck is huge and has four sun loungers and an outside dining table under the lanai to enjoy outdoor dining from the grill. The large rear garden is landscaped and surrounded completely by a 6ft high privacy fence. Very nice furnishings throughout the house
The house is fitted with everything you could need, from washer & dryer to DVD and wireless internet.
