Positive: Very nice property, beds were a little harder than we like but normal for Asia. Our room could have used a cost of paint but otherwise comfortable. The staff is amazing, they really provide excellent customer service. Close to town and location for ferry and water sport pick up/drop off was perfect. Pool and chill areas was nice.

Negative: Beach needs some work, and don’t allow locals to fish at the resort. It was very sad to see them catch the beautiful blue fish just for sport.

Summary: The owner was amazing and helpful. Really enjoyed this stay.

Positive: It is one of the rare hotels with an incredibly beautiful view; you wouldn’t even need to go anywhere else. Because I have asthma, they kindly gave me a better room. The pool is spotless, the beds are very clean, and even on days when breakfast is not an open buffet, they provide plenty of food. The staff are extremely helpful

Negative: In such a beautiful hotel, there were no face towels in rom.There was only one small bar of soap for two people. I think this is an issue related to the housekeeping staff, and the management needs to pay attention to this.

Summary: A comfortable and clean hotel with a beautiful view.

Negative: the resort is large and i never expected that our rooms is far from the beach and main lobby. however, thinking back, it is just ok. it is us who go for cheaper options.

Positive: The location and the outdoor facilities are good and clean Waiting staff are very friendly

Negative: Hotel rooms are not great. There’s only one electric socket which is used for the television. Bathroom door can not be closed. House keeping failed to top up/replace the soaps. Very limited offer on breakfast and the live music/karaoke from the hotel next door is too loud.

Positive: I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The accommodation was clean, beautifully designed, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a restful getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with cheerful smiles, making us feel genuinely welcome. The food was delicious; I especially loved the special Nasi Goreng, Rissoles, and refreshing fresh orange juice. I was lucky to have a room with a lake view—absolutely stunning and serene. It added a peaceful charm to the whole experience. I would happily return and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Negative: While I personally had no issues, I do want to note that the path to the accommodation involves quite a few stairs, which could be challenging for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. There may be a ramp available, but I didn’t notice one during my stay.
