Summary: The property was just lovely! Cozy little patio over looking a pond full of wildlife. Perfect location, close to the Ed Smith Stadium for O’s games and just an half hour away from beautiful beaches! The hosts were perfect to deal with! What a wonderful vacation!

Summary: This townhouse was so comfortable and beautifully decorated! It has a nice patio with a lovely view of a pond. It’s in a gated community that was great for walking around, since there are sidewalks everywhere. You do have to drive to get to most places outside of the community, but you can get to downtown Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, St. Petersburg, and the gorgeous Siesta Key beach in Sarasota within 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The owners are nice and extremely responsive to any questions you may have. Would recommend!

Summary: We had a great time. The townhouse was clean, in a great neighborhood. Mark was very good about responding to any questions we had. The pool wasn’t open due to repairs but not really a problem.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this very nice quit cozy condo. It is in a gated area so not a lot of noisy traffic, yet close to so many eating places and a Publix. Would recommend this condo. The host was easy to communicate with as well.

Summary: This condo worked well for our recent stay for a soccer tournament. It was clean and each bedroom had its on bathroom. Living room was comfortable and kitchen was nice. Laundry was also nice. Stairs are pretty steep and new pillows are needed for front bedroom. We were pleased with our stay.
