Summary: It is exactly as listed.... A cute tiny home that has it all. Easy check in and sleeps 4 just fine with the pull out couch. The dock is perfect for coffee and dinner... A short drive to Savannah for other activities, but a fraction of the cost.

Summary: My husband and I had a fantastic trip. The house is just as described in the listing. It is a small home with a lots of charm. We found it to be very clean upon our arrival. The owner provided breakfast items for us, which was very nice. We did spend time in the afternoons on the dock which was relaxing and peaceful. We saw an alligator floating down the river one afternoon and could hear owls at night. This home is in an excellent location to make trips to Hilton Head one day and to Savannah the next. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property.

Summary: Great jumping off point to see all the area sights yet come back at the end of the day to relax. Beautiful, serene & perfect spot to be with our dog. Want to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy more of the property itself.

Summary: We were very happy with the cozy cottage. The landscape was beautiful. You can tell the owners take pride in their rental. The kitchen was stocked and supplied everything you need for a successful stay. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Summary: The host was kind, easy to communicate with, and clearly thought of a lot of details to make us and our fur baby comfortable during our stay. Upon arrival the home smelled and was very clean. Our 1st day, it rained a lot. We really enjoyed the screened in porch so we could still be outdoors and enjoy the beautiful view. What a peaceful place to read a good book! The 2nd day we had great weather and really enjoyed use of the dock. Fishing was a blast! The 3rd day was check out and we were already discussing when we could plan another trip back. We'd love to visit again! No complaints, just a few things we noted. There is no oven. Our fault for not noticing in the photos but something to note if you plan to bring food to cook like we did. Without it, maybe a toaster oven would be a good addition to the kitchen. We knew about the ladder to the loft and didnt mind it. Just noticed that it is quite difficult to carry anything you may need up or down. We thought how cute a little basket pully system would be for little things like that. Or, and it may have already been ruled out, but how cute a little spiral staircase would look. To those looking at this review considering a trip, book it! You wont regret it! And to the host, thank you so much for everything! We hope to come back soon!

Summary: Ladder too steep for seniors. Shower water adjustment almost impossible to equalize. Sofa impossible to sleep on because of metal frame. Couldn’t catch fish.

Summary: My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time at this property. The cottage is exactly as described and is a unique little place. Saw a lot of wildlife including owls and alligators (and deer tracks on the property but didn’t see the deer unfortunately). Wish we would have brought our fishing poles; lots of fish jumping in the river! Also, very pet friendly which was really nice since we decided to bring our cat with us (she loved the property too!). Easy drive to Savannah and Hilton Head which was also nice.

Summary: Very peaceful area. Loved sitting on the dock by the river. Falling asleep to the sounds of nature was perfect. Cute and cozy accommodations. Had everything we needed. Close to Savannah. Very easy to find and check in. Great experience.
