Positive: This two bedroom home is spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all amenities needed for a home. Very spacious interior, with large dining room table and comfortable tv/game. room. Coffee Bar area for making tea/coffee was perfect. The large grassy expanse in the back is perfect for running kids (and viewing rabbits!). We were three women, and felt we had everything for a week long stay, in a very safe, pretty neighborhood. We highly recommend it. Great location for sightseeing in Providence, Battleship Cove area. We hope to book there again.

Positive: The house was equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels, access to a washer and dryer and even a welcome basket of snacks! The place was very clean and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! Hostess was very nice and helpful!

Positive: We really enjoyed our time at Swansea Tranquil Retreat, and the little extras (cereal bars, popcorn, waters, even toothbrushes!) were a nice touch. The property itself was so spacious, and the garden was huge with lovely landscaping. There was also a wide selection of board games too, and the laundry room was like having your own launderette. Location wise, the property was near to a variety of shops, restaurants and a park area for hiking through the woods.
Negative: As there was only one bathroom at the property, it did mean that getting ready took longer than usual. And there was only one mirror in the property, which was in the bathroom. An outdoor washing line for drying clothes would have been a welcome addition too.

Positive: The location and arrangement of rooms was perfect for our purposes. The linens were wonderful and everything was sensibly located -- we didn't have to go hunting for things. The weather even cooperated so we could use the firepit!
Negative: Written instructions as to how to control heat/AC would have been helpful. Handles on some doors need to be fastened/attached securely.
Summary: It was the perfect place to hold our memorial reunion of friends & family.
