Summary: Bill is a great host and his property is well-maintained with a great view. We took advantage of the kayaks and the nearby beach which were favorites. We loved the privacy, lack of crowds, and the ability to completely relax at this peaceful hideaway.

Summary: We were only 3 adults staying here. There were a few plumbing items that needed the owner's attention but our host/owner Bill was a fantastic host - very responsive & right there to take care of everything. The home itself is on a cul de sac - very quiet and the kitchen and baths were well stocked with everything needed. The views of the sound were so pretty! It was lovely to sit out on the deck overlooking the sound. We loved our stay & hope to plan a return trip as soon as possible.

Summary: We really loved our stay in Swansea. The secret word for this apartment is...the light! Windows, windows, windows. You are surrounded by a fantastic view of the sea and can bring in fresh air into every room. Also, Max the Bichon Frise is a real sweetie! Such a delight. I was impressed with the bidets and the well-stocked spice cabinet! The spacious main floor had lots of seating and access to the deck. I was able to drink my coffee every morning watching the birds and sail boats. The primary bedroom had a private balcony overlooking the bay and a comfortable bed. On a cozy dead end street in Swansea, this apartment was great place to spend the weekend! Thank you!
