Welcome to this tropical beach oasis escape, enjoy this well decorated home with handpicked beach art. Very Comfortable for 4 people with 2-bedroom 2 bath the one bedroom is a Main Bedroom with private bath. There is room for 2 more people on the living room queen size sleeper. This home is only 2.5 Blocks to the beach which makes for short enjoyable walks to the beach. There are 2 bikes provided for the plentiful bike paths throughout the area. This home has been furnished with upgraded furniture handpicked with style and comfort in mind with the feeling of home with all the conveniences. Including free High Speed WiFi/Direct TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook dinners after a day of play. Kitchen Island with open flow through design to the dining room with counter high table and chairs to entertain easily and also makes for convenient work space with extra counter seating. On site printer available with app. After a day of play come home and relax in either bedroom with the adjustable base beds with rejuvenating queen size mattresses and memory foam toppers for extra comfort in both master suites, 32" Flat screen TV in each bedroom & 48" Flat screen in the living room with the ability to watch different programming on each TV. Large patio for overlooking the lovely private tropical landscaped backyard which has a grill for cooking out, hammock and patio set. Both Bedrooms have their own private door access to the large back patio area. There is also a nice front private patio for enjoyment as well. There is Beach Chairs, Beach umbrella and Cooler provided for beach use. Washer and Dryer in house for extra convenience. You will find games, puzzles books in the house for extra entrainment. What a location! The Atlantic Ocean with a beautiful beach, 2 rivers: Banana River, Indian River all to play, relax, fish, surf, dive, shrimp, swim, watch rocket launches from. Plentiful bike paths abound in this area, All with the excitement of Orlando theme parks and attractions about an hour's drive. Returning home to your peaceful ocean retreat and the beach. Why pay Orlando rates when you can pay less and wake up at the beach? This is a very family-oriented area with tons of options, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Miniature Golf, Bowling, Movie Theaters, Sightseeing, Shopping, Mall, Full size golf courses, Tennis Clubs, Go Carts, Piers with restaurants and bars ...too many places to list. Summary: We absolutely loved this house. We stayed for 15 days and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to the beach & Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar. Very nice park close by along with a dog park. Very quiet neighborhood & friendly people. We loved sitting on the back patio and coffee in the morning on the front porch. It was just a great time for all of us. Definitely will go back. Thank you Karen for everything.

Summary: Karen’s place was just perfect for me! I was traveling with my elderly mother and my dogs. I specifically chose Karen’s place because as a not so young female myself, I wanted to feel secure in the neighborhood. I got that! I wanted to be within walking distance of the beach. I got that!! I needed a single level home! I got that too!!! I wanted to be near a dog park and I was! I easily walked to it every day! Did I mention the people in this area are so nice and helpful ? I also wanted a fenced in yard that I could easily let my dogs out and not be on a leash to just step outside every single time. So to say this home was perfect for me is really what it was! On top of all these features I have listed, I was so happy with the cleanliness, the supplies, the beachy fun decor, and the amazing backyard which is where I spent most of my time! Finally, I get to my communication with Karen, which could not have been more prompt, helpful or better! She took very good care of my family!

Summary: This is a lovely place to stay and a great location. The Host( Karen) did a fantastic job of anticipating your needs while vacationing and providing things to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Our stay was 17 days and Karen was very responsive, respectful and helpful. The home is both comfortable and beautiful with a lovely back yard that is fun to explore. This Neighborhood is quiet with parks nearby. We were completely comfortable walking after dark. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house. Everything you need is there. The adjustable bed in the master is very comfortable. (and) I loved the white noise machine so much I bought one when I got home. Wonderful home, wonderful memories! Thank you Karen! We will definitely be staying again!

Summary: The host did a nice job of providing a comfortable space for guest. We were in town for a funeral and found this to be a centrally located space for us to be. It was too hot in July for us to spend any real time at the beach but it was close enough to walk there.

Summary: Everything was perfect when I arrived. Karen was very responsive to questions I had. The location was great. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The beach was about 2-1/2 blocks away. I could watch the sunrise in the morning and walk across the street to watch the sunset. I highly recommend this rental. I plan to return next year.

Summary: This is a well maintained rental with all the comforts of home and a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the beach and close to everything. Karen was very responsive to my questions and I would recommend this rental without hesitation for anyone planning a visit to the area.

Summary: We stayed a month in this lovely home and truly enjoyed it. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and everything is new. It is located a short walk to the beach and it is easy to drive the few blocks and park at the beach access. So many things were provided: coolers, beach chairs, etc. and Karen was very responsive to any questions we had. It felt like a home away from home.
