Positive: I liked the staff, they are very helpful and the location is away from the main road where the noise is. A friendly place for children.
Negative: The bed is comfortable but the frame croaks every time you move.

Positive: The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the furniture was good, the little verandah was cute and the view was lovely (on the lagoon). I also liked having a place to park my car that was close my room.
Negative: There were some cockroaches in the kitchen. I would have liked to have a blanket for the bed. There were no eggs available on the breakfast menu.
Summary: A very good value for money place with a lovely ambience on the 2nd Lagoon.

Positive: Check in and out was easily done - staff were polite.
Negative: 3 days in a row I came back to normal towels and being told there were none available and had to wait for them to be washed. WiFi never worked until the last few days otherwise I had to keep asking if they could please turn it on. We were told upon check in that a soccer club was staying too. 545am wake ups our entire holiday because they were yelling and cheering for their morning workouts. Bed was uncomfortable and very thin.

Positive: Lovely small resort not far from the city. The staff is so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We loved our room and the views over the lagoon. It's such a pretty place. The restaurant's menu offers a small but good selection of meals and everything we had was excellent. We are coming back to Vanuatu in January and will definitely stay at the Tropicana again.
