Summary: I usually enjoy stays at any Hilton but this one was bad. Beds and pillows were horrible. Bathroom handle was broken. The glass shower door wasn’t sealed right so the water leaked all over when showering. I had to find my own towels because no one was at the counter for awhile. As a business owner I do not really give bad reviews but this one wasn’t a good spot to stay.

Summary: Service was not as good as ive experienced at other Tru locations. This location was not up to par with others. During checkin she was flat, not friendly, i ask to ask if i was done. Room floors were not very clean. Filtered water did not taste filtered. Bed was hard. Just not as good as usually is at other locations. Normally my go to.

Summary: They advertise amenities they do not have. These are visible on hotels.com and by scanning the QR code in the hotel itself. It’s false advertising. The room was dirty. There was hair in my bathroom sink and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The beds were hard with flat pillows with stains on the pillowcases. Do NOT stay here.
