Ideally located 3 minutes walk from the Lake front and Two Mile Bay boat ramp. This well appointed house is sunny and spacious with great indoor outdoor flow. Nice quiet green street with school field and playground next door. Enjoy a BBQ on the elevated deck or relax in the comfort of indoors. Large 4K Wide screen TV with Netflix, CD/DVD/Blu-Ray player and huge DVD collection for entertainment. Plenty of off street parking for Boat or car (no garage parking) and well fenced to keep kids in if necessary. Mains pressure hot water ensures an enjoyable shower up stairs and down. Move the table and chairs inside or out according to the weather. Effective wood fire to warm the place in the winter and each room also has portable electric heater if needed too. Swim in the lake, river or soothing local hot pools.

Summary: This house suited our family and friends well. We were in Taupo for a sporting event and it was lovely to come back and sit on the balcony and look at beautiful trees , as opposed to looking straight into another house. It was also nice having views of the lake. Clean and close to a group of shops and the boat club its in a great spot. The only negitive was the musty smell upstairs from the carpet being cleaned im guessing. The house just needed airing out. So all in all a lovely two story house to stay at. Having the 2 bathrooms with showers was a plus !& the kitchen had everything we needed Great communication with Stephen also and thanks to the cleaner Hope , for posting my shoes back!

Summary: Was easy access. Plenty off street parking. Room to accomodate our needs. Got to watch the all blacks. Not having to bring bedding and do a full house clean on departure just a quick whizz around was nice. Happy to pay for cleaner so next guests can just walk in like we did. Very user friendly. Thanks very much.
