The unit is only 2 doors down from the pool and dock access so you have the convent location without the noise. The dock features a large pier head as well as a large floating dock. The pool also looks over the beautiful marsh and Folly River. It is a short walk to the beach as well as Restaurants and shopping. Summary: We had a wonderful time here. Communication was great with our host. We loved the location, we walked to town and the beach every day, enjoyed sunsets from the dock and the kids loved the pool. The screened porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and evenings as qell. We will for sure be back.

Summary: This property is as described. It is in easy walking distance from Center street and has really nice views of the marsh and river. The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. TV could acess many channels for more dreary nights when we didnt go out. That being said, the rest of the furniture is "nothing special" and some of it is worn. There are enough bath soaps, etc for 1 day, so bring more if you are staying for longer as items like that are sparse.

Summary: The property was beautiful. The unit could use a bit of an update and it looked like it had been a while since the cleaning had taken place. Shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced. Overall we and the best time and will return.
