Conveniently located to I-75 this 2-level town-home is in a gated community with two good-sized bedrooms that rest on a small body of water in Bradenton, Florida.....there are amenities too! Play tennis, swim in the heated community pool, enjoy walking the grounds and soak up the sunshine....it's your vacation and all waiting for you!
This townhome sits in a great and convenient location with everything you need just around the corner! Only 10 minutes away are many restaurants, Walmart, Publix Grocery, AMC 20, 10 minutes to I-75, only a little over a mile to John H. Marble Park with many amenities as well. Golf courses are just minutes away too!
Only 20 minutes away is downtown Sarasota with first-class rated theatres, waterfront dining, Mote Marine, #1 rated Siesta Key Beach, and much, much more. Love sports....enjoy a Tampa Lightning game....it's only 50 minutes away, Tampa Bay Rays baseball indoor stadium is a short and beautiful 40-minute drive or stay local and check out Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota, home of the Baltimore spring training only 20 minutes away.
We are offering a clean, basic 2-level middle-unit town-home with one assigned parking space, guest parking, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and many amenities. Reserve today to enjoy a lovely, open well-equipped kitchen with Formica counters, newer stainless appliances including side by side refrigerator with front door access, glass stove top & oven with built-in microwave and plenty of dish-ware to whip up your favorite relaxing meal for the whole family anytime you like. There is a dining table for 4 right off the kitchen with tile flooring for easy clean-ups. Half bath for your convenience close by. A full-size washer & dryer are located in a closet off the kitchen. Step out to the screened lanai off the kitchen.
A spacious living room has plenty of seating situated for all to view the large 48" Samsung flat-screen TV. The large corner sofa sits 5 adults easily. Spectrum cable and WiFi included. Tile flooring throughout the lower level, the Half bathroom is located off the living room so no schlepping upstairs to use the bathroom.
The carpet covers the stairs and the two queen bedrooms. The suite to the right of the stairs has a queen bed, ceiling fan, blinds, large dresser, his/her closets, and carpet It is connected to the 5 pc bathroom with soaker tup/shower combo, dual sinks, and Formica counter. The second queen bedroom has a single closet, ceiling fan, 2-night stands, and carpet flooring.
No smoking in the condo or near the screened lanai.

Summary: Overall the property was great. Comfy beds, good amount of space, mostly clean, and a great location. Only issues we had were the cleanliness in the upstairs bathroom, the grout in the shower needs redoing and the sinks weren't the cleanest. Also both the upstairs and downstairs toilets were smaller than regular toilets which are uncomfortable to use for taller people like my family and I.

Summary: The townhouse was conveniently located for shopping and getting around Bradenton. We especially enjoyed the heated pool which was usually not crowded and we were often the only ones there. It was a nice gated community for walking and meeting the neighbors and their pets. The only disappointment was the beds seemed smaller than queen size. The kitchen was well equipted and all appliances were in good working order.

Summary: Let me start by saying we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and the unit was totally different than pictured. They have updated the unit with new living room, dining room furniture and both bedrooms have new furniture as well. It was a great surprise. The unit was very clean and pretty much has everything you'll need to be right at home. We were there for 18 days and we really enjoyed ourselves. The unit is located in a gated community close to shopping and restaurants and located close to I-75, the Sarasota airport and about 30 mins from Siesta Key. Overall the property is very conveniently located. No issues with noise, very quite residential neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly. We will definitely rent this townhome again - you cannot beat the location, cleanliness and local conveniences while having room to spread-out in the unit.

Summary: We enjoyed our time. We came for baseball camp at Pirate City training facility and it was just 10min from the ball field. This place was perfect place to spread out. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you need for making supper. Definitely stay here again.
