Positive: Stunning property and location. The hosts were excellent, attending to our needs on arrival. The property is in a perfect location for exploring Snowdonia, but also close to the amenities of Portmadog. The property itself is beautiful and charming and the grounds are too. The log burner fire was perfect on a cold winter night. And the hosts had set the log fire up for us on arrival.
Negative: Nothing - it was great.
Summary: Highly Recommended and Hope to visit again

Positive: Lovely property and nice gardens, stocked with extras such as salt, pepper, tea towels, toilet roll, cleaning products and a pint of milk and Welsh cakes appreciated. Lots of utensils and pans, plates and cups. Property clean and comfortable dog bed also great addition Bath is lovely and very long Osprey nesting site just up the road Great for wildlife there’s a hare in the opposite field that we saw daily and came in the garden Also frogs and toads one had to be evicted from the bathroom
Negative: Bed is very squeaky can’t turn over without it making a noise Shower drains very slowly even when not clogged having to use the giant squidgy brush to push water away after showering was an unexpected pain Only one towel each provided Large pasta bowls would be a great addition

Positive: Facilities and location were superb. The property has dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and it nicely decorated and made to look like a converted barn. The style of the property is interesting. Outside of the property you have carved steps with a bench on a slate ledge. This is a superb feature and my daughter loved it. Short car journey to shops like Lidl, Aldi and Tesco, but also to attractions like Snowdon paths etc.
Negative: Beds in the property were quite wobbly and squeaky. Beds in the mezzanine floor were converted sofa beds and quite uncomfortable. You had an impression that these will fold during the night. Also a crack on the window in the main bedroom poses a danger if completely broken one day as it is located directly above the bed.
Summary: Excellent location and facilities. Highly recommended.

Positive: Peaceful location, mix of modern and cottage decor, clear instructions, comfortable sofas and bed (especially for a futon type!). Loved the seperated bins! Plug sockets were well placed.
Negative: Had to unblock drain in shower as it hadn't been unblocked in a while. Bin location prompted many minor knocks on head (for tall people) from steps that stick out from stairs - would be mitigated by closing the top so you have to pull the bins out to access and thus not hit your head. No clothes rack for drying clothes. Although we brought blankets for dogs, might be welcoming to supply blankets (and to increase liklihood of protecting furniture). By the way - there is a wasp nests accumulating in the log shed, and above the doorway on the right hand side, would recommend looking into it.

Positive: The cottage/barn itself was stunning - beautifully decorated/furnished, loads of space and comfy. The location is great as it's a short drive to Beddgelert and some walks we did around Snowdonia. We had a lot of privacy and the hosts made it very simple to collect keys etc. We had some sheep visit and have a nosey through the front door window which was very cute.
Negative: It wasn't a major issue for us but all of the water stopped whilst mid shower after just arriving. Luckily I had a bottle of water! The water came back after about 10 minutes anyway.
Summary: A gorgeously comfortable stay surrounded by beautiful nature
