Thanks for looking at our guest suite. Our century old home is located in beautiful uptown New Orleans very near Tulane and Loyola Universities.
We are 2 houses away from the historic streetcar line that runs to the French Quarter and back. The space is composed of a huge living area, rustically decorated with family memorabilia, animal mounts, a pool table, bar and big screen cable TV.
The sitting room, queen bedroom and bath are newly renovated. Mardi Gras memorabilia surrounds you in this historic art studio.
We look forward to having you visit our home. Please no pets allowed and absolutely no smoking allowed. This not a party space venue please.

Summary: This property is in a great location. Walking distance to the streetcar, Tulane, restaurants. The space is fabulous with New Orleans charm and history. My husband and daughter played pool and I enjoyed all the historical photos and Knick knacks. The owner was very communicative and thorough. The space was super clean and inviting. This is our go to rental for NOLA.

Summary: This property was perfect for a long weekend exploring NOLA. A St Charles street car stop to downtown was just a couple minutes away; restaurants and coffee shops were a short stroll; and the Audobon Zoo and Park were nearby. We felt very safe in this tree-lined Garden District setting. The house was full of charm. It was delightful taking in all of the mementos in the grand room The pool table was a perfect touch helping us beat the afternoon heat with some fun as we planned our evenings. Staci was the perfect host. She was very flexible accommodating our check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed at Staci's place for a whole week through the first weekend of JazzFest 2023. We arrived on a Monday, and check-in was seamless. The rental is a former artist's studio behind and attached to the main house in the middle of the Uptown neighborhood next to Tulane and Loyola universities. We couldn't have asked for a better location. There were several great restaurants within walking distance--too many to name here--plus others that you can also get to by street car (with multiple stops a block from the house). Picturesque Audubon Park is also nearby to walk off the incredible food. The neighborhood is astounding, with oak- and willow-lined streets full of two- and three-story homes. Some clapboard with brightly painted shutters, others made of stone, brick or marble. The studio itself has 20-foot-plus high ceilings in the living room. The space has a big screen TV, leather couch and chair, fireplace, and a pool table! Staci also provides information on nearby restaurants and attractions. There's lots to learn about the history of New Orleans and Louisiana just inside this rental. The bedroom was very comfortable (we couldn't keep ourselves from sleeping in every single morning), the bed was soft with lovely bedding, and the shower was fantastic. Midway thru our stay, Staci came by and changed the sheets and even did our laundry! She was a wonderful host, and we would stay with her again and again!

Summary: We came to New Orleans for a long weekend. What an amazing property! Staci was very easy to communicate with and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We are just across the street from the trolly that took us right into the French Quarter. Such a beautiful area! Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: It was our 6th trip to New Orleans and our first staying at a VRBO property and it was wonderful! The property was a historical site and was well represented by our host. We cannot wait until our next trip down, and and as long as this property is available, we know where we staying!!
