Positive: We especially enjoyed the patio, for breakfast and watching the sunsets. It’s convenient to our favorite beaches and restaurants.

Negative: I feel that the listing should say there is no hot water. The shower had some sort of insta-heat contraption that barely took the edge off. And while the listing didn’t promise any beach toys, that there was only one beach chair seemed a little stingy.

Positive: The location was amazing! Access to beach, easy walk to restaurants. The decor was cute, the kitchen was cute. The porch and view simple amazing!

Negative: This ad shows that there is 2 bedrooms. There is only one bedroom. And a couch. I feel this is a bait n switch. If the title states 2 bedroom, there should be 2 bedroom. Bathroom has the instant water heater, slow to drain. Had to remove lots of hair.

Summary: 1 bedroom not 2.
