Summary: We had our daughters ring dunk ceremony at this property and it was perfect for our small gathering. Daniel was very accommodating with some things we asked for. The property is perfect for your guests parking. The home was comfortable and just right for all our needs. The kitchen was very spacious and equipped. The home itself is pretty large and was great for our guests. We loved the back porch and acreage. We saw deer every night we were there. Everyone who came said how nice it was. I would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: We rented this place for our daughter’s graduation. The place was perfect for the 5 adults in our crew. The place was clean and comfortable and the country setting was beautiful. About 15 min to campus. Owner very friendly and easy to work with.

Summary: My family stayed here to celebrate my daughters birthday. It was so nice to get out of town and enjoy the peace of the countryside for a weekend, but it is still close enough to the city to enjoy everything. The covered back patio made for a lovely area to hang out and talk with everyone. My children enjoyed running around the property exploring. The inside was so clean and bright with all new appliances. The owners were really friendly and helpful during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for parents weekend and our sons Ring Dunk celebration. This house is all new and completely remodeled. It sits in a great country setting with huge oak trees looking over treed acres in the back. A great back covered patio. A great back yard where we had a cookout and hung out a bunch. All appliances were brand new. The inside was really nicely done and all new. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were so super comfortable that I asked the owner what kind of mattress it was. The owner was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and any questions were answered. Just a beautiful place and a great experience. A bunch of our friends mentioned they will definitely stay here on their next visits, as will we. A great place just out of the College Station hustle and an easy drive into town. We highly recommend!
