Summary: Had a great time staying at this rental. Great view and amenities. Fully stocked kitchen and supplies. If you just want to relax and take in the view or maybe do some fishing this is a great place to visit.

Summary: The property was absolutely amazing and perfect for a long weekend. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with amenities which was excellent because we prepared all of our meals at the cottage. We spent 90% of our time on the dock, the views were amazing and it was such an added bonus having the kayaks, plentiful seats, and steps down to the water. The owner has obviously spent alot of time making this home beautiful and comfortable for guests. This was our first visit to Urbanna but we can't wait to go back!

Summary: The location was wonderful. The view was amazing. The pier/dock had lots to offer. Two levels were very convenient for crabbing and fishing. Having a ladder to get into water was great. . Drawbacks were that the middle bedroom bed needs a new mattress and that it was inconvenient to have to drive out of the way to take your own trash at end of trip.

Summary: What an amazing place! The only thing better than the location is the beauty and coziness of the house itself. It is so clear that the owners want to share a unique and special space... and they have exceeded. We'll certainly think about a return in the future.

Summary: This was a perfect place to enjoy family from out of town for a long weekend! Everything was as advertised and the property manager was available when needed and helpful with any questions we had! We would definitely rent again next time we are in town! 😊
