Positive: Nice home, lot of space with 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Convenient location to Venice and a few minutes drive to the beach. Washer and Dryer on site make it easier for sure. Nice big kitchen and a nice sunroom. Fenced back yard as well. It;s a very good option for any stay in the Area
Negative: if I must be picky, definitely an older home with some wear, the second bathroom is very narrow and the tap water is not drinkable. No garage but a carport so that was not an issue for us.

Positive: I like the house very much. The beds were very comfortable with nice size rooms. The Florida room was great as well. We also enjoyed the fenced in back yard.
Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the step down in the laundry room and master bedroom. I almost face planted twice.

Negative: beds..! need to up grade beds so uncomfortable. need updated beds. We try all three in house need updated beds.
