Positive: Second time at Villa Alay and it is still an excellent villa. It has been slightly upgraded since my last stay to keep it fresh and up to date. Very well equipped, comfortable, excellent pool, excellent location. The staff are accommodating and are extremely helpful. Nici booked us in and provided us with everything we needed. I would have no hesitation staying again.
Negative: Nothing at all, excellent Villa and staff.
Summary: Second time staying, still excellent.

Positive: Modern and clean. Great sized pool & play area if you have small children. The staff were friendly and accessible without being intrusive. This villa had everything we needed to make our holiday a pleasant one.
Negative: I recommend they take new photos as recent redecorations have enhanced some areas. The living area was a bit small but the outdoor area has been upgraded to add a glass enclosure which provides additional space. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Positive: Great facilities, heated pool (€100 per week extra but worth it), well stocked with all necessities. Couldn't fault it. Good location if you want it a bit quieter but only a short walk from the marina and Los Coloradas.
Negative: Nothing at all. One of the better villas I have stayed in.

Positive: One of the key features of the property was the pool. It is big and fantastic! The Villa inside is spacious, modern and clean.
Negative: The only downside isn’t particularly about the property’s amenities or size, it’s the fact that no taxis know where it is. We really struggled to get taxis in an evening purely because of them not knowing where it is. It is within walking distance to the Marina in around 15 minutes and Playa Blanca centre in about 30 minutes, we just prefer to get a taxi. I cannot fault the villa itself.
Summary: We visited Villa Alay for the first time and it did not disappoint. We spent a lot of time in the Villa as our children
