Casa de Luz is a luxury villa sleeping 6 (plus infant) the villa is officially licensed as a tourist villa. Located in Phase 5, FARO PARK, an exclusive development adjacent to the coast. The villa is fitted to a high standard, with marble floors throughout, no expense has been spared to create a welcoming and comfortable base from which to enjoy a great holiday.

The villa's location affords panoramic sea-views from its large roof terrace across the channel towards Fuerteventura. The roof terrace provides private sunbathing and also makes an ideal location from which to enjoy a long drink and watch the sunset.
The villa has very spacious, south facing, terraces with a choice of covered dining areas and ample outdoor seating, adjacent to the private heated pool.
The pool is heated to approx 28c and there is an adjacent pool shower. The Hot Tub area is south facing and sheltered so can be enjoyed at any time of day or in the evening - it has views across the pool into the sub-tropical garden.
The villa enjoys a quiet, private setting at the end of a cul-de-sac with a vast green zone to one side. The large built in BBQ area provides a great opportunity for dining al-fresco on the sunny south facing terrace, the pool remains in direct sunlight all day. There is a covered Solana, with sliding doors, which provides indoor dining at night. The villa has a large, well planted, sub-tropical garden and enjoys views, past the lighthouse, towards Fuerteventura.
The villa is a short walk to spectacular rugged coastline (150 metres away) there is a very good range of local shops (5 mins walk), including two supermarkets, several bars/restaurants and a small bakery. Free Wi-FI & WiFi TV also included. TV has numerous international channels including standard British TV channels, SKY and numerous international channels including German & French channels. Faro Park is also on the 'town circular' bus route with a stop outside the local shops. Buses are inexpensive and run all day until very late in the evening - they are an easy option to get into the centre of the resort quickly. Alternatively, a long leisurely stroll along the coastal promenade will take you past many beach bars & restaurants en-route to the resort centre. Casa de Luz represents the best of both worlds with the main resort attractions being easily accessed, its own good selection of amenties close by, plus the benefits of a private villa with its own pool, Hot Tub and well planted garden.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed the villa. It was well appointed, very well decorated and furnished. The outside is incredibly well designed, lots of different spaces and lush with palm trees and other plantings. Unlike most villas, the beds were actually comfortable and provided a great night sleep. Will be staying here again…

Summary: We were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful Villa for 4 weeks, having our daughters and family fly out for a week each during our stay. For 2 weeks of our holiday there were 6 of us. The spaciousness of the Villa made it so comfortable for us all and the garden area is just an oasis of calm and fun with an abundance of furniture to suit everyone. So gorgeous when all the garden lights come on in the evening. The hot tub and swimming pool were spotlessly clean which was maintained by Andy who was literally checking the hot tub every morning to ensure the levels were correct. The outside shower was so warm that most nights my Grandsons actually showered outside before we went out to the local restaurants, which I must say are amazing and food choices for all tastes if you don’t want to venture into the main resort. Nobody complained that they had an uncomfortable bed and the main bed upstairs was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. It really is home from home and we didn’t want for anything and all cooking and utensils were of a high standard and plenty of them. Karen is an amazing host and communication with her has been wonderful and we were very sad to leave but we will be back next year. Excellent villa in a superb location.

Summary: Casa De Luz is the perfect home from home for your stay in Playa Blanca. The host (Karen) was great to deal with, we had a last minute change of plans due to our flight provider making amendments to their schedules, which Karen handled really well. The Villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly as listed. The Pool and Garden areas were fantastic, lots of seating and sunbathing options....the garden is the best one we've seen, the owners obviously take great pride in it. The local area is perfect for all amenities, there are several excellent restaurant's and shops within a five minute walk. Overall it was a very good stay, we are regular visitors to Playa Blanca and would not hesitate to book again for a return visit in future.
