Welcome to Casa Jadaryga, we are an officially licensed (VV3530002360) villa on the exclusive phase 5 development of Faro Park (within 100 metres of a spectacular coastal path) in Playa Blanca.
This very special 3-bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa with its own private heated pool, has recently been significantly upgraded, and now boasts a fully covered and tastefully furnished c27 square metre roof top terrace and an expanded and enhanced downstairs eating and seating area. Both the roof terrace and dining area have been designed to allow year round usage, for either an Al-Fresco or fully enclosed viewing and/or dining experience dependant on our guest’s personal preference due to the array of sliding windows and doors. The fully covered terrace allows for magnificent sea views 365 days a year, as it can afford total protection from the wind and cool evenings, quite a unique feature for a rental villa on phase 5 and to our knowledge (at time of writing) on Faro Park.
This luxuriously finished villa boasts spectacular rooftop views of the Atlantic, and the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The villa offers free WIFI, IPTV with extensive English and foreign Sports (including Sky, TNT etc), Films, Kids and Videos on demand, as well as the regular UK channels with catch-up. There is also a DVD player should you wish to watch your own favourites.
The villa has open-plan lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen, where we have recently fitted a drinking water filter in an effort to reduce plastic waste and strain of carrying heavy water bottles from the supermarket and recently replaced Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, together with a new Washing machine and a separate Tumble dryer conveniently located in an adjoining Solana.
We have provided a mop and broom for your use, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry. If however you prefer to have a midweek visit from the housekeepers to change the towels this can be arranged at additional cost, with a price provided on request. .
Faro Park and Lanzarote in general is a low crime area, however for your comfort and safety we have installed an alarm system which is directly connected to Securitas who together with the local law enforcement agencies and our maintenance team will ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly. You will notice that there are security photo / movement sensor cameras (not video / cctv), discretely placed in rooms downstairs and on the first floor. As a rule we leave the shutters on the cameras open to enable remote pictures when the property is not occupied and maximum security. If you are not comfortable with this arrangement please let ourselves &/or our maintenance team know and we / they will arrange to close the shutters, which switches the sensors into "movement sensor only" mode during your stay which would reduce their effectiveness but would satisfy your requirements.
Playa Blanca has fantastic weather all the year around which makes Casa Jadaryga the perfect get-away.

Summary: We have just spent a week at Casa Jadaryga and we had a really wonderful holiday. The location of the villa was brilliant, with lots of restaurants and a shop within a few minutes walk. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. The pool was lovely, and the roof terrace might just be our new favourite place to be! So peaceful. Thank you so much to Jan, and Chris and Kelly for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back 😊

Summary: Not a single thing to fault here, we had the most relaxing and comfortable stay here. We thing was as described and shown in pictures. To be honest the pictures do not do this villa justice, it is stunning and so homely. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay for the kids, it was such a nice extra to have! From the very beginning the hosts were so helpful and kind. Communication with them was smooth and efficient, they really did everything within their power to make this a pleasant stay for us as a family. The neighbourhood is so beautiful and peaceful, just a short 5min walk to the mai strip of shops and restaurants. We ate at a different restaurant each evening and every meal was so good! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely stay here again if we were to return to this area.

Summary: A great family holiday with my husband and 2 girls. A fab villa, very clean, well equipped and great location. Some really good places to eat and drink and a few really good convenience shops, reasonably priced. A return trip after 8 years and definitely not leaving our return as long. Summary: A fantastic property in a great position. Everything you could expect was provided. Great communications with the owner, easy communications with the property care team if you need anything when you are there. We defiantly highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lanzarote. The pool was clean and regularly cleaned during our stay which kept it to a very high and clean standard. The children loved it! this is a great villa, close to very good restaurants and close to the sea. Book with confidence.
