4 Bedroom Villa in Bavaro, Punta Cana

Villa is surrounded by picturesque scenery of one of the largest in the Dominican Republic golf clubs. Each of our villas has a private pool that only guests can use. Villa area is 350 m2 (3767,37 sq. ft), 8 persons can comfortably stay there.
For your comfort kitchen is fully equipped. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with bath or shower. Thereโ€™s a nice patio for you outside with sun beds, table, chairs, hammock, barbeque. You can have your breakfast, rest, make barbecue, everything to spend great time with your family and friends.
You have free access to our private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. It's only 5 mins drive by golf cart. We provide golf carts for rent, 4 seater is $30 /day, usually they are in high demand, that's why we suggest to book in advance. Refundable security deposit $300 is required (when rent is over 1 month, deposit $500).
Before booking please pay attention:
- refundable security deposit of $300 (cash) is required upon arrival
- electricity is extra payment. 1KW is $0.3. Amount spent depends on consumption, season and number of people living
- 5 cubic meters ($5) of water per day is included. If you spend more -you just pay 1$ for each 1mยณ.
- crowded parties are NOT allowed
- before making reservation please read carefully our house rules
- If you are planning to have any visits from outside the Iberostate complex, please inform the villa manager in advance. All guests should follow the security protocol inside the property. Last minute visits are to be advised before 5 pm on weekdays and before 12 pm on Saturdays. If not advised before this time unfortunately security wonโ€™t let visitors in.

Summary: Aladdin and all of the people were easy to work with and great. The resort is fantastic so I would recommend adding the all inclusive package. Also, you do need to rent golf carts to get around. The only thing I would mention is that our electric bill was over 250 US dollars for 7 night stay. That is pretty steep so be prepared for that. Overall great experience and plan on coming back next year.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Villa! My family and I wanted a nice place to spend time together for our stay in Punta Cuna. This Villa looks just as it is listed, absolutely beautiful! The pool and Jacuzzi were nice when relaixing with family. We loved that it is located very close to 4 resorts and were able to obtain passes to also enjoy the resort amenities. We had the best of both worlds! The host Alex was very responsive and the Property Manager, Aladin was excellent, always available to attend to our needs. The host also provided a golf cart for rent which was great to help us get around the resort. We will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!

Summary: I feel as though the listing should not be listed as an air b & b due to the fact that itโ€™s located in a private resort, also I did not see on the listing that a golf cart should be recommended to get to the beach, however, overall my stay was a 9 outta 10.

Summary: There was some issues with getting guests into the facility. Outside of that it was a great stay! We will definitely come back!!! Aladin was awesome. He took very good care and set sound rules. His candor was appreciate it! Really felt a since genuine care for his job. He was constantly there n to aide and assist.
