Positive: Huge room, comfortable and clean bed. Staff were really helpful and the shuttle service to and from the slow boat pier was fab and took some of the stress out of it as we didn’t yet have Laos sims. Good value for money. Beautiful views with breakfast!

Negative: The only downfall was that the bathroom was basic but I expected that.

Positive: The rooms were spotless clean and very comfortable. They picked you up from the pier. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner options that were delicious. They even pack lunch for the slow boat. We were able to pay with card which was fantastic! Really nice view to the Mekong river
