Summary: If you want to be away from Bourbon St, but still be able to go there; this is the place! Right off the St. Charles trolley, easy to get around New Orleans. Neighborhood was quiet, has a parking space (huge for New Orleans), and a Fresh Market across the street to stock up on everything you need! Size was perfect for 2 guests (it does have a pullout sofa). Well stocked kitchen, has everything you need for a stay! Owners were very communicative- only had one minor issue; and they were on it immediately! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property was nice. The bed was a little soft for us. The bathroom renovation was not closed up properly sonthe cover of the bathtub was sticking out and not attached properly. It worked fine but did not look great and you had to be careful stepping over to get into shower. I wish there was a little side table next to couch to put a drink on but other than that it was great and very convenient. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy walking loudly and banging a lot.

Summary: Bobby was extremely timely, responsive and helpful throughout our booking process and our stay. The location was fabulous- one block from the streetcar and close to Blue Bike stations. The French Quarter is about a 25 minute bike ride and $10 or less by Lyft/Uber. Audubon Park is a short bike ride as well. There are public clay tennis courts within 6 blocks at Atkinson-Stern Tennis Center for a minimal fee. Fresh Market is around the corner and nearby Magazine Street is wonderful for shopping and fantastic restaurants. Try Joey K’s for sure! Breaux Mart is a more traditional grocery store. Freret Street is an up and coming area a few blocks to the north with shops and restaurants as well. The condo itself is just as pictured. Beautifully appointed, comfy furnishings and THOROUGHLY stocked kitchen and bath! There’s not a ton of hanging space in the closet, but there is some built-in shelving, a dresser and a storage bench as well. The iron was missing and Bobby sent someone right over with a brand new one! The courtyard space was a secure, beautiful and relaxing place to hangout and read or have a beverage morning, noon or night! The only issue we had was that the walls/ceilings must be thin, because we could hear activity above us and the neighbors’ TV. It wasn’t enough to make us not recommend; just be aware that there is collateral noise in an otherwise quiet location. We could not have been happier with this property and highly recommend it if you want to be in a great community location away from the madness of the French quarter!
