Summary: The neighborhood was conveniently close to FSU and the stadium. It was a bit dark at night and exterior light is a bit lacking. Otherwise, the house was very clean and communication was excellent! Would stay again!

Summary: The description online was extremely accurate. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The beds, Very comfortable and the room is great sizes. I had to communicate with the owner a couple of times and he was extremely responsive. I would recommend this property.

Summary: Spent a few nights while in town for an event at the fairgrounds. Property was clean and an easy drive to my event. The fenced yard was great for letting my dogs stretch their legs.

Summary: Steve was a wonderful host. We had a little issue with getting in but Steve was very responsive and had a solution right away. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. We also brought our dogs. They had a blast running in the backyard located off the car port. The neighbors were also friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Came in town for the FSU football game woth some friends. House is in a great location, walked to the stadium in less than 15 min. And it was a quick uber everywhere else. Steve was attentive through the whole process.
