Adorable 1 bedroom cottage a short walk to Newport's Easton's Beach (also known as First Beach). Tucked away on a quiet side street amidst flowering gardens. The vibrant Newport waterfront is 2 miles away, but while on the deck of this cottage you will feel you are in your own little oasis.
This cottage has a queen bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen for eating in, satellite TV and window AC unit.
This cottage is one of four cottages known as Beach Garden Cottages. They share a parking area, a large yard, an outdoor shower and a coin-op washer and dryer. The cottages are landscaped for privacy.
This location is best for those looking for a quiet vacation spot close to but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Newport. Please no parties or late night noise. House rule: No voices or music loud enough to be heard outside after 10 PM.
Monthly rentals available and we would like them to line up on the first and last of the month for example June 1-30th, July 1-31st, August 1-30th. Please request your stays in this manner but you ask about flexibility with the dates as well. Thank you.

Summary: We had a great vacation. The garden surrounding the property creates a beautiful setting. We particularly enjoyed being just outside Newport. As others have said, being able to walk to restaurants for breakfast (and other meals) was really convenient & a nice change of pace for us. The cottage was very clean & supplied with the basics you need.

Summary: We love the Newport area and this cute cottage was perfect for our stay. It was private, quiet, clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Hosts were responsive to messages before trip and often on-site during stay. We could walk to a few restaurants. It was also a short easy walk to end of Easton Beach, perfect for a morning stroll. For swimming, it was a few minute drive to the main part of Easton Beach with easy, close parking at beach this time of year. Wonderful beach with great facilities and snack bar! Ten minute drive to Newport wharves for restaurants, shopping, etc. We were so lucky to find this on Vrbo! Will definitely stay again. P.S. Our new find this year was the Newport Car Museum in Portsmouth. An amazing, beautifully displayed collection even for non- car enthusiasts.
