Perfect for large families, traveling nurse, or business executive. This waterfront home has multiple areas to play or relax upstairs or downstairs. Theater style entertainment, boat dock, wrap around deck. Enjoy the pool and outdoor oasis. Bring the whole family or have a few friends over for those special occasions. This home is an entertainer's paradise. Comes with too many extras and upgrades to list. Plenty of free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please do not touch the Pontoon boat on the property.. This is my home and not an investment or rental property. Please make sure that all guest respect the property and no damages occur. Any damages or missing items will result in loss of deposit. The home is inspected and inventory is taken after every stay. Owner will not be held liable for any loss, damages, accidents, or injuries. Primary renter assumes all risk and liability. This home is elevated and is not handicap or wheelchair accessible. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms, on the shuffleboard, or the pool table. Please do not place any items other than pool balls on the pool table. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or for helpful tips about the area. No shoes, sharp objects, glass, or smoking in the pool. Any undisclosed guest or pets at the time of booking will incur additional charges. By booking the primary renter agrees to charges for violation of the terms of rental. More than 6 guest at any time will also incur additional charges cleaning fee double the regular rate. No more than 12 total guest on the property at any time. No parties, or gatherings of more than 12 guest on the property at any time. A violation of any polices will result in immediate eviction from the property, additional charges, and a cancelation of your contract. By renting primary guest agrees to all terms. The home does have monitored exterior video surveillance including backyard pool and dock area and additional security. If you have questions, please feel free to ask. I'm somewhat flexible on a few things. I have had to deal with a few bad apples is the reason for the lengthy description. Pets must be kept in crate when left and you should inquire about additional rules or restrictions before booking if you are bringing any pet. Only small to medium sized potty trained adult dogs allowed and you are responsible for damage caused by any pet with you or your guest and cleaning up pet waste before checking out. No puppies! By booking you are agreeing to all terms and polices and assume all risk and liability. Primary renter agrees to be financially and legally responsible for all guest during stay including disclosed and undisclosed.

Summary: This was an absolutely nice relaxing place. The owner had fishing rods and nice outside bar. It was spotless and the owner was very helpful. You can ride to the city and come back to quiet and calm by the water

Summary: What a great oasis—this was the perfect place for our adult family of five to get away from our busy lives. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and there was plenty of things to do without leaving the property. Excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive meant we only went into the city once. Rick is a perfect host, communicating regularly and responding quickly. We would stay here again!

Summary: House and all the amenities were wonderful, grandkids were happy to stay home instead of sight seeing. We actually caught fish in the bayou. Would highlly recommend this place.

Summary: Me my husband and 15 year old son had to come to Slidell for me to have a surgery. This place was literally the best place to stay ever. It had so much room, was incredibly clean. There was a swimming pool, pool table and movie area that beyond amazing. We had the best time and the owner was quick to reply if I had any questions. It made my recovery awesome I was able to fish, swim, play pool, play darts. Listen to music or watch tv I just can’t say enough about how awesome this place is. You get a lot for the price !!! I would rent over and over again !!!!

Summary: This house is a vacation heaven. We enjoyed it very much. Morning coffee by the water was so relaxing. We fished, swam in the pool, played games, explored Slidel, went to lake Pontchartrain and swamps. There is so much to do in the area and the house was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much, Rick for sharing your house with us. Loved every minute of it!
