Summary: The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was decorated wonderfully! This is our second time at Shelter Cove and the view from the balcony is so relaxing and beautiful, watching the boats in the marina, and there is so much to do right there. The restaurants are great we went to Pure Salt Studios for massages, The Top Dawg restaurant, Giuseppe’s Pizza and Pasta House, Daily Cafe & Market, and visit The Salty Dog! The beach is gorgeous and clean, can’t say enough great things about our stay. Would not hesitate to stay at this condo again.

Summary: Property is good, but would rather deal directly with the owner. Bath towels are harsh and in need of fabric softeners. Washer/Dryer ruined 2 shirts, reported same with photos to Vacasa phone and email “24/7” but no local or other responses.

Summary: My sister and My mother and I met in HHI to celebrate my Mom’s 90th Birthday . It was perfect . She loved the view and we loved the close proximity of eateries all around us . Perfect for what we needed .

Summary: The property was THE best even though we weren’t Maryland crab lovers! The Vacasa front line people were very rude and even hung up on me when I called the day before and questioned having to come to their place only to pick up a parking pass. It took us 8 1/2 hours driving to get to HH and on arrival at Vacasa 40 minutes early, we were told we could not get in until 4 o’clock. We had to sit in our car and wait the 40 minutes as we were very rudely told!

Summary: We loved our 10 days here. The home is lovely, furnished well. The location in Shelter Cove is perfect. We enjoyed the music from the different resteraunts and bars, all the shopping and just sitting on the balcony with a coffee watching people and the boats. There are a few things that would make this place 5 star: better pillows, they were so flat and uncomfortable. Better pots and pans and utensils, the pans were all scraped up, flimsy plastic cooking utensils. Vacasa was an issue. We were not given the directions for the electronic lock, we were unable to enter the unit when we arrived. It took 2 phone calls, 30 minutes of talking to someone on the west coast, and me demanding they call a local person before we received help. Frank from Vacasa came within minutes and showed us the access process, which had not been given to us. Vacasa did not give us the gate code to go out to Shelter Cove shops, etc. A kind neighbor helped us. We also had no washcloths and had to call for them. I would stay here again, but bring my own pillows.
