You can watch your boat come in from the balcony! The unit features a memory foam queen bed in the bedroom and an extremely comfortable memory foam sleeper sofa in the great room. Relax in the bedroom with a 43 inch Samsung television and enjoy the views while you watch your favorite shows on the 50 inch Samsung tv in the great room. This condo has all the upgrades you expect from a vacation home: granite, stainless steel appliances and designer decor. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen (we even start you off with coffee, tea and all the accompaniments) and even a portable grill utensil kit to take full advantage of the two on-premise grills, conveniently located in front of the pool and hot tub. Don't worry about bringing beach towels! We've got you covered. We also provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and sunscreen. And if it rains, enjoy the array of board games and the Smart TVs. Streaming television only. Wifi included. No smoking and no pets. We can't wait to welcome you to Sandusky!

Check out instructions are as follows:
-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.
-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.
-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.
-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.
