This little Cottage is perfect. It is a newly renovated two bedroom one bathroom adorable and beautifully furnished cottage. It is located just across Main Street from San Sebastian Marina and Outriggers Bar & Grill. This little cottage comes with all sorts of extras. in addition to the beautiful San Sebastian River views, you will have unlimited usage of a boat ramp 24 hours a day while you stay which is a stone throw away from your front door. We have provided two paddle boards and two kayaks for you to explore our beautiful San Sebastian River. Depending upon availability and the size of your vessel a boat slip may also be included. This cottage is furnished with one queen bed, two twins beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

Summary: At this price range, we are used to having a more fully equiped kitchen. Outside yard is in need of cleanup and the whole cottage needs painting. Be aware that the cottage is on a main street, and traffic can be noisy at times. It is close to Publix and WalMart, which is a plus.Also, it is pet friendly, which is another plus. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Wonderfully updated house, immaculately clean with tons of amenities We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the quick water access across the street Great home base for many day trips from New Smyrna Beach to Lake Okeechobee Highly recommend ! Sebastian has so many fun places to visit and enjoy the area. This house is perfect, owner and host responsive with all communications. Truly a gem!

Summary: Bungalow was very clean and cozy. Host was available if any questions came up. Restaurant close by was very convenient and provided excellent meals and nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to returning for another vacation.
