A four bedroom, three bath home,set in a basin, tucked back on the property on 51 acres of land, surrounded by 3 ponds fed from the mountains above. Enjoy hiking and biking up the Duval trail, or around Lake Dunmore, fishing in the ponds, or sit on the expansive covered porch while enjoying the horses grazing in the fields. The house built in 2005 comes with a large eat-in country kitchen, with a propane stove and stainless appliances, large kitchen island which seats 4, and open concept dining. The back sunroom also has a large outside deck overlooking the mountains.
Guests will enjoy two living rooms with gas fireplaces, four bedrooms and 3 baths. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom, one a large deep jetted tub. The front living room has vaulted ceilings, which lead to the master bedroom upstairs with its own bath and sitting room.
The front wrap around covered porch has ample room for living and dining and partying, with two ceiling fans and outdoor lighting.
The property is well landscaped with flowers and trees for privacy, and is a great property for parties and large gatherings.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this prperty as location and surrounding was very scenic. The house very comfortable, the bed rooms and bathroom were very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our breakfast and dinner at home only. The living room and family room were well decorated with nice electric fire place. The location was close to attractions and we all had lovel time. The host checked with us few times for our comfort and we all appreciate the same. Summary: We had a wedding in Goshen Vermont at the Blueberry Hill Inn. This lovely home was only 15 minutes from the venue so was perfect location for us. The home was perfect, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

Summary: We came to Brandon for a family wedding and had the best experience at the property. Sherry was a very attentive host, the house was gorgeous and the grounds were incredible. There were horses and a couple of ponds. We will definitely be back.

Summary: The house was quite large and beautifully appointed. Everything was clean and great attention was paid to comfort. The grounds and ponds were beautiful, as was the wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes. There are 2 main sitting areas, each with a TV and plenty of seating. 3 bedrooms are on the lower level with 2 baths. One bath is attached to 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The upstairs is a lovely suite with a queen bed, full bath and small study. We would love to stay here again.

Summary: My family enjoyed staying at this beautiful and charming house located on well maintained farmland with ponds for canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing. We loved visiting and feeding carrots to the neighbor’s horses and relaxing on the comfortable porch while taking in the gorgeous view of the sunset/rise across the landscape. With hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, and beach close by there was plenty to do. We would highly recommend this property as it was clean, comfortable, and offered something for everyone.

Summary: This is such a wonderful place to relax and get away from stress - picture perfect and very comfortable. This year I was recuperating so spent lots of time on the deep porch reading and watching the nature around me. The couch is perfect for naps or watching the rain come down. It's conveniently located near Brandon, and not far from Rutland and Middlebury for quick trips for groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Branbury State Park/Lake Dunmore is a short drive away for a day at the lake. The house is comfortable and well appointed. Four bedrooms and three baths accommodate everyone nicely, the kitchen is a dream to cook in, and two family rooms (each with a TV) provide plenty of space for all. The A/C units were working overtime this year with the unusual extreme heat. Sherry is marvelous to work with and has a vast knowledge of the area, She checks in occasionally to make sure all is going well and to answer any questions you may have. She also provides detailed notes and recommendations for you upon arrival.
