Recently renovated unit on Willamette River with direct view of Elk Rock Island. Close to downtown Milwaukie and the thriving Sellwood communities. Just south of the Waverley County Club. Within walking distance of the MAX line, providing convenient access to downtown Portland.
Fully equipped and completely renovated kitchen, mutiple TV’s, decks overlooking river, and small yard with fire ring and gas grill.
Unit has five bedrooms (3 main floor and two in daylight basement) with two having river view and direct access to deck/patio. Unit has 3.5 bathrooms. It also has a bonus room with a futon that can sleep two. Basement level has additional living room and kitchen
Unit has a partial garage and room for two additional cars in driveway.
Property has river access but no dock facility.

Summary: Traveled west to spend time with family that lives in the Portland area. We loved the house. It was cold outside but we were able to watch seals, birds and crew teams on the river from the big windows. We made all meals at home and everyone had their own room and plenty space. Owner was great and responded immediately to questions. We would recommend this beautiful home and hope to visit again in warmer months.

Summary: We had a work retreat at the property. There was plenty of room to have our own space and shared spaces that led to great conversations. The well stocked kitchen had every pot, pan, or appliance needed and it was a quick drive to many great restaurants. The view from the living room/dining room was phenomenal-providing a sweeping view of the river from a unique vantage point.

Summary: This is my third time staying at this property. The view down the river is spectacular, and there's lots of wildlife, mostly birds. We saw a bald eagle and a seal. The house had everything we needed. We'll stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Summary: We've brought our group home residents here twice because it is almost ideal for people in wheelchairs. The reason I say, "almost", is there are a few steps to get into the house, but after that, it's perfectly ideal! There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, with sleeping room for six people. You also have the living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and our group home residents could do everything they needed to on the main floor. They loved spending time on the back deck where the view is amazing. The house was clean and the surroundings peaceful, just the way every vacation should be!

Summary: We enjoyed being close to the river and watching all the activity in the river. The location made it easy for us to get around. We were visiting Portland for the first time for a girls weekend getaway and wine tasting. The property had plenty to keep everyone occupied. The kitchen etc. were very well stocked.
