The apartment has everything you need and more, and it has been beautifully built and designed, we felt at home here as soon as we arrived! A place to rest, relax, explore, and enjoy!

Kim and Paul are excellent hosts, kind and considerate, and made sure that my stay was comfortable, relaxing, with all my needs accounted for. Positive: We loved everything about this apartment, the decor the level of finishes, the bathroom, bedroom and the lounge area, so well laid out. The place was spotless probably the cleanness place we have ever stayed in. The property is run by Kim and Paul who have put their heart and soul into the house, and it shows. We had sea and panoramic views across the coastline. Southerdown is a wonderful little place, and the accommodation is on the road to Dunraven Castle and is blessed to have a wonderful restaurant a few doors down the road and other pubs and restaurants nearby.
Summary: If you want to escape for a few days or for that matter weeks, it's a pefect place to do so.

Positive: Fantastic location in walking distance of the beach. There is no shop in Southerndown but we had brought most things we required with us. The apartment is beautiful, scrupulously clean and stylishly furnished. Really comfy bed. Kim and Paul are excellent hosts, very welcoming and relaxed. We ate out in Frolics on our last night, a perfect end to a wonderful break.
Negative: There was nothing not to like but just a suggestion…a laundry airer could be really useful for drying wetsuits and swimming stuff for guests that are brave enough to venture into the sea (as we did and it was gorgeous)
Summary: Late summer break with walking & swimming. Exceeded expectations!!

Positive: First of all, Kim and Paul, the owners, were so kind and helpful. They really made everything possible for us to feel welcomed and cared for. The property itself was modernly equipped, large, comfortable and had all the needed ammenities. The view from the rooms (there is a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom) is gorgeous. One can definately spend there a long and good holiday while travelling the beautiful coastline.
Negative: The property is on the third floor of an old home, which requires going up narrow stairs. For us it was no issue or problem though.
