Positive: We had a wonderful welcome from Kim and Paul. The apartment and location are both stunning. We enjoyed exploring the local area, and the local pub was a good find too! The apartment has everything you need and more, and it has been beautifully built and designed, we felt at home here as soon as we arrived! A place to rest, relax, explore, and enjoy!

Positive: We loved everything about this apartment, the decor the level of finishes, the bathroom, bedroom and the lounge area, so well laid out. The place was spotless probably the cleanness place we have ever stayed in. The property is run by Kim and Paul who have put their heart and soul into the house, and it shows. We had sea and panoramic views across the coastline. Southerdown is a wonderful little place, and the accommodation is on the road to Dunraven Castle and is blessed to have a wonderful restaurant a few doors down the road and other pubs and restaurants nearby.

Summary: If you want to escape for a few days or for that matter weeks, it's a pefect place to do so.

Positive: Fantastic location in walking distance of the beach. There is no shop in Southerndown but we had brought most things we required with us. The apartment is beautiful, scrupulously clean and stylishly furnished. Really comfy bed. Kim and Paul are excellent hosts, very welcoming and relaxed. We ate out in Frolics on our last night, a perfect end to a wonderful break.

Negative: There was nothing not to like but just a suggestion…a laundry airer could be really useful for drying wetsuits and swimming stuff for guests that are brave enough to venture into the sea (as we did and it was gorgeous)

Summary: Late summer break with walking & swimming. Exceeded expectations!!
