The living room (dining room and living room) is equipped with a dining table and chairs, buffets, a corner sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV (Box with internet connection) , accommodating 10 guests.
It opens onto the fitted kitchen which has a round table for 4 people, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, hotplates, a large fridge & freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary for cooking and eat.

Summary: We are frequent visitors to Menton. Unfortunately, our week in June coincided with an exceptionally hot period of dry weather. Temperatures rarely falling below 33 C. Very uncomfortable. The apartment was fine, spacious and ideally placed for easy access for shopping, dining out and café society. Descriptions of the property facilities were accurate and the photographs were certainly not misleading.
