Pretty Mentonnaise villa in a landscaped park of 2100 m2 with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea for 4 people.
Property planted with all varieties of citrus and Mediterranean species.
The rental includes the use of a private car garage that can be locked 3 minutes' walk from the villa. (90 meters)
Calm and tranquility are at the rendezvous.
The villa is composed of two independent levels connected by a covered exterior staircase.
The ground floor is composed of: the kitchen and its pantry, a living room, a terrace and its summer kitchen equipped with a Weber barbecue. extraordinary sea view.
Upstairs: two bedrooms each equipped with their television (a master bedroom with sea view with a very comfortable 180X200 bed and another bedroom on the garden side with two 85X200 beds that can be put together), a bathroom with toilletes, a 30 m2 solarium with sea view, equipped with sun loungers.
In the garden, a shaded gazebo with large sofas is available for your summer naps and aperitifs.
Access to the property is via a footpath ONLY.
The villa is located on the heights of the city center which is a 10 minute walk down and 13 up. The beach is 14 minutes walk down and 17 up.
The garage is 3 minutes walk from the main gate of the property.
The villa has full equipment.
High-end household appliances, 3 wide screen TV, Hi-Fi system, high-speed Internet ...
Possibility if availability to rent a second villa called Pavillon des Oliviers located in another part of the property. This villa is offered for 2 people and is completely independent from the villa upstream. This small Villa is independent and has its own private garden.

Lovely Menton style house in a middle of 1900 m2 landscape park with a panoramic sea view, for 4 people.
The Mediterranean garden counts a numerous citrus fruit trees.
A private parking slot, located at 3 mm walk (90 m) from the house is included in the rental.
You will enjoy the calm and the quietness of the place.
It is a two-story house, linked by an covered external stairway, fully high-equipped (3 large screen TVs, Hi-fi music player, dishwasher, wifi ...)
On the first floor you will find the kitchen and its cellar, a living room, a terrace overlooking the sea, with a fully equipped external kitchen.
On the second floor, there's 2 bedrooms with a TV set: a master bedroom with a heart-taken sea view and a very comfortable bed (180X200 cm) a room overlooking the garden with 2 beds (85X200 cm) that can joined. There's also a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a 30 m2 solarium overlooking the sea with 2 deck chairs.
In the garden, you will find a shaded kiosk with large sofas to enjoy a cocktail or a summer nap.
The access to the house is ONLY pedestrian.
The house is located on the hill at 7 min on the way down - 10 min on the way up -walk from downtown Menton, and the beach at 14 min (17 on the way up).
If available, another independent house with its private garden, for 2 persons, on the same propriety can be rented.

Summary: The house was really nice and neat with a large garden and two terraces, both with a fantastic view. The access is via a short walking path, i.e. plan accordingly. We had a fantastic stay, enjoying the surroundings, Menton and the region.

Summary: The house is lovely and the gardens beautifully maintained. A paradise for any garden loving travellers. Olivier was kind and welcoming and always on hand if needed. Summary: Had a wonderful relaxing week in this gorgeous villa surrounded by lemon trees. The location was definitely worth the challenging hike back up from Menton. The views were outstanding during the day and also at night where we were lucky enough to watch the Cap Martin fireworks on Saturday night. Menton is a very friendly town with clean beaches, crystal sea and good restaurants. It is also very handy for the scenic train which runs all along the Cote D’Azur. We visited Monaco, Nice and Cannes. Olivier was an excellent generous host who made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to make our stay special.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in this outstanding villa with amazing views over Menton. It was so lovely and quiet, a bit off the beaten path with no direct road access to the villa but well worth the short walk down the cobble path and through the beautiful gardens. The garage on the main road for parking the car was a definite bonus. It was wonderfully clean with all we needed for a fabulous relaxing stay. The beds where very comfortable and the host was extremely helpful from helping to carry our bags to making sure we had all we needed for a perfect relaxing holiday. Thank you for everything. We look forward to returning soon.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for a week August 2022 and had the most wonderfully relaxing time. Olivier met us and showed us the property as well as the beautiful gardens full of fruit trees 🌳 and even the resident tortoises 🐢. The location was peaceful with only a short walk to the car / garage or down to the bustling town of Menton with all its beaches, restaurants and bars. Olivier was so helpful in recommending restaurants. Nothing was too much bother. Everything was provided to ensure a hassle free stay. We will definitely be back 😊

Summary: Lovely property with a beautiful garden and great views over the town and sea. Villa clean and well equipped - air conditioning in the bedroom was particularly appreciated! Olivier the host was very friendly and helpful. Be warned though, the walk up to you he villa from the town is quite challenging so if you struggle with walking up steep gradients you should bring a car as there is a nearby garage. However the beautiful views are your reward!

Summary: Very cozy house well suited for 2 or 4 people, located in a quiet residential area, with a beautiful garden and a fantastic view. House and garden in mint condition, and well equipped kitchen. Ca 1 km walk to the beach, but a tough climb coming back ! We truly enjoyed our 2 weeks there !
