Positive: A lovely old Hotel with lovely big refurbished room. So warm and comfortable. Great having the bar for a nice cold Ale. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Positive: great value for the area! we oaid for family room so that we has en-suite. it was very clean and despite being near a busy road was quiet. Shared kitchen facilities was well equipped.

Negative: A small table and a couple of chairs in the kitchen saves walking uo and downstairs

Summary: excellent value if all you need is a place to sleep to explore the area!

Positive: The room was spotlessly clean and huge. Staff were very friendly. Convenient for St Andrews uni visits, if you have a car, with lots of parking. It looked like it was walking distance from the station.
