When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Summary: Rented the house for several family members for a wedding in the area. The house was perfect in every way. The views, the amenities, the location, just to name a few. Would definitely return!

Summary: Our family flew here from Texas to celebrate the wedding of our niece. We all love the beach and ocean so this location was perfect....just a short stroll away. The house was lovely with lots of big windows to view the ocean and lots of light making it bright and cheery and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils , pots and pans As for sleeping.... I usually have back pain at night but the mattress there was so supportive and comfortable I had no pain any of the nights there...a miracle for me! I would heartily recommend this home for rental! My only disappointment was that it wasn't summer although I didn't let that stop me from plunging into the surf in November, briefly.

Summary: We stayed at this property for my son’s November 2020 wedding and it was the perfect place for our family. Beautiful ocean views and a wonderful open concept that was great for entertaining. I would highly recommend!

Summary: My family and I had the best time. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and then some. We made a lot of meals and the kitchen was great! My nephews played ping pong from sun up to sun down. We all loved our stay.

The ceremony and rehearsal dinner were held at the Surf Club which is practically next door. There was plenty of room for everyone and the view was great. All of our needs were met or exceeded. The bicycles provided were a nice surprise for our young adults. We would love to return to the Ocean Perch in the summertime.

It was a special place because it was my college house several years prior, two years in a row. There have certainly been many updates since the college days and an additional bathroom. The property is amazing and very accommodating to a good size group. The house was very clean, SeaScape was very friendly and professional. It was a great part of wedding week. Thank you for keeping the house in great shape! We’ll certainly be back.

The ocean views from the deck are amazing and the short walk to the beach makes it easy to come and go throughout the day. Love the new decor and the new extra bathroom!
